Refund policy

All CalmAura artworks are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

In case of damage during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product along with photographs. We will review the case and may offer a refund or replacement.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
